First Disneyland Trade Night of 2013 Announced

They left us waiting and wondering. Disneyland will have their first trade night of 2013 on Friday, March 15th  from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at the Pacific Ballroom at the Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. That is a very interesting time, as normally the Disneyland trade nights are 7-10 (and WDW's are 6-9). Well, West Coasters, enjoy your trade night, as pin and vinyl fans in Orlando still await an announcement of Walt Disney World's first trade night of 2013. Originally, DLR was to have one in January and WDW in February, but that is seeming less likely.

Thomas Scott Poster Art Signing on March 1

The collections by Disney page has already announced the date for the March Poster Art Series release and signing. On March 1st, Thomas Scott will sign the Vinylmation, Pin and Calendar from 5-7pm at Disney’s Pin Traders  in the Downtown Disney Marketplace. March features a Donald Duck inspired design. Take a look at the viny, pin and calendar page below. Take a look at the complete lineup here.

More Epcot 30th Pins!

My wallet just screamed. We had a hint of some additional Epcot 30th pins when the Disney Pins release calendar announced a reveal/conceal set due out on February 21 at WDW for $19.95 per box. Now, the Disney Parks Blog has announced more details.
It will be a 24 pin set. Above, are the revealed pins. For the most part, they feature Disney Characters at various Epcot attractions. The deviations from that theme would be Tom Morrow on the Innoventions pin and the Epcot 2000 ball. And how about that amazing Illumination pin! It hinges open to reveal the torch! Quynh Kimball and John Henselmeier did an amazing job here. Chip & Dale on Mission Space appears to be a spinner, with the twelfth design being inside the box. I can not quit tell what that one is. Oh yeah, Disney also gave us a taste of five of the mystery pins!!!
Wow! These feature a classic look at extinct Epcot attractions without the Disney characters. Love it! The Blog also talked about an open edition Epcot 82 pin to be released in June.
As well as an Epcot icons charm bracelet that is in select Epcot stores now.
